Oxygen Lineup of Nebulizers, Masks, Switches, and Valves to Join Aerox Brand
Aerox made the most of their time at the Sun n' Fun Innovation Preview to announce their intent to acquire the Therapeutic and Supplemental Aviation Oxygen product lines of O2 Corporation.
The companies signed a letter of intent to complete the acquisition in May of 2023, building up the Aerox lineup of aviation oxygen equipment with the lineup of O2 Corporation's nebulizer and mask kits, in addition to their oxygen switches, valves, and aircraft accessories. Eventually, the companies will undergo a joint rebranding to reflect their resulting identity.
“Our acquisition of the O2 Corp. Therapeutic and Supplemental Aviation Oxygen product lines extends the Aerox aviation oxygen systems integration capabilities and will allow us to provide our OEM customers with more options for oxygen systems for their aircraft,” said Aerox president Scott E. Ashton. “Like Aerox, O2 Corp has a long legacy of serving the aviation industry. The O2 Corp product line will be fully integrated into the Aerox systems offerings and will also expand our customer base into business aviation.”
