Early-Bird Tickets Now Available For National Championship Air Races Sept. 16-20
The Roswell, N.M., National Championship Air Races early-bird tickets are now on sale for the second year of the event, Sept. 16–20, 2026.
The racing event will feature all seven racing classes, including the return of the Unlimited and Sport classes.
After missing them in 2025, leadership from the Sport and Unlimited classes have worked tirelessly with the Reno Air Racing Association (RARA) to ensure both classes’ needs were met for their return this year.
The USAF Thunderbirds will headline the 2026 show. Between air races, visitors can explore a display of static aircraft or grab a pit pass to get up close and personal with the race planes.
“We pride ourselves on being the only event in the world where fans can see seven classes of air racing. We can’t wait to show first-time attendees what a full field of air racing looks like,” said Fred Telling, chairman and CEO of RARA.
