Visitors Can See New 480B And Recently Purchased Refurbished 280FX
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation will showcase two helicopters, one fresh from its debut at VAI VERTICON, at SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, Fla., April 14-19.
Enstrom will present rotor-wing flight to the general aviation community. Visitors to booth MD-5B can take an up-close look at the new 480B and a recently purchased refurbished 280FX. Todd Tetzlaff, senior vice president of regulatory affairs and global relations, will be available to network with current customers, aviation enthusiasts, and service center representatives. Tetzlaff said, “SUN ‘n FUN is second only to EAA AirVenture in terms of scale and attendance from fans of general aviation. We have a unique opportunity to engage with fixed-wing fliers, emphasizing the benefits of owning a helicopter.”
The 280FX model has proven a consistent, eye-catching attraction at previous airshows, and Enstrom representatives say they are excited to showcase this refreshed aircraft. “The 280FX is a perfect entry-level helicopter,” said Tetzlaff. “Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned helicopter pilot, the 280FX is fun to fly, easy to maintain, and has the safety features you look for.”
