The Commemorative Air Force will be celebrating the 80th anniversary of D-Day with a full air tour season dedicated to remembering the sacrifice of so many youth from the second world war.
D-Day, the Allied invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944, was a turning point in World War II. It marked the beginning of the end for Nazi Germany. The bravery and sacrifice of those who participated in this historic event continue to inspire us, and CAF Airbase Georgia is dedicated to honoring their legacy in this year's tour.
